- Pair the device via the phone’s Bluetooth settings menu prior to using the app.
- When a paired device cannot be found by the app, use the phone’s Bluetooth settings to remove the device, restart the phone, then pair the device, then start the app.
- Always pairing actions or updates on your own, ie. do not have 2 people in the same room with 2 phones and 2 devices, it will cause errors and confusion.
- If the device is stuck on the pairing code display, either:
- remove the batteries, place them back, press the button. The device will refresh and restart.
- wait ±30sec for the device to refresh and power down, press the button to start again.
