In your message include the following information:
- The Device UID: XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX
- When the tag was lost
- If this was during a trip, please specify all of the trip details as this will help us track down your device
- Your contact information
When we have found your Electronic Bag Tag we will contact you.
